U1 Lighting and Acoustic Lighting Solutions
In open-plan offices, the architects addressed noise reduction through carefully selected interior elements. From a lighting perspective, we supported this intent by installing XAL SONIC luminaires, which combine high-quality illumination with sound absorption, thanks to their acoustic felt ring design. A similar approach was applied in the kitchenettes using the Wever & Ducré SOLLI COCOON acoustic pendant light. The dedicated workstations are illuminated by INTRA lighting Kalis linear systems, which are positioned directly above the desks and seamlessly integrated between the ceiling baffles.
Interior Integration and Decorative Elements
The architectural concept by U1 space design balances a corporate identity with an informal atmosphere. To soften the space and prevent visual fatigue, the architects incorporated natural wood, warm colors and greenery. This organic approach naturally extends into the lighting design, featuring XAL JANE flexible light ropes and Wever & Ducré DRO luminaires. In the project photographs, the Jane system can be seen creatively wrapped around floral installations or suspended over bar counters.
Meeting Rooms and Amenity Lighting

Meeting Rooms: For the conference spaces, we supplied a comprehensive configuration of Wever & Ducré KUJO fixtures.

Kitchenettes and Bar Areas: We utilized slender Wever & Ducré DARF profiles with a flexible suspension system that allows for easy height adjustment. To maximize the visual impact, multiple fixtures were installed side by side.

Task Lighting: The kitchen work surfaces are illuminated by Wever & Ducré RAY suspended luminaires.

Wall Lighting: Wall-mounted illumination is provided by Wever & Ducré TRACE WALL fixtures and ultra-slim Wever & Ducré FINLIN aluminum linear lights.

Downlights and Spotlights: Architectural downlighting is handled by XAL UNICO and XAL SASSO 100 systems.
