A luxurious two-storey space dressed in muted natural tones with dominant warm browns and timber detailing. The lower level houses a prestige garage, while the upper floor is conceived as a relaxation space with a kitchen and bedroom. The brief and overall vision came directly from the client's architect, with a clear emphasis on creating a sophisticated environment befitting the luxury character of the property.
Garage lighting
At U1 lighting, our focus was on achieving a high level of illuminance in the garage, with the ability to create lighting scenes. To this end, XAL COMBO luminaires serve as the primary and dominant elements of the lighting scheme. Enhanced illumination of the vehicles and their dramatic presentation is achieved through XAL SASSO fixtures, which also allow for a more intimate lighting mood during evening hours. For orientation lighting, we specified high-quality Wever & Ducré luminaires.
Wellness area
In the wellness zone, a considered combination of recessed, unobtrusive fixtures provides the main ambient lighting. The general illumination is handled by XAL luminaires, complemented by expressive decorative accent pieces.
Design accents
Above the hob, elegant Double pendants by Czech manufacturer Brokis take centre stage. The space also features the FLOS Oblique bedside lamp alongside FLOS Ktribe table and floor lamps. The undisputed centrepiece of the entire upper floor is the Moooi Heracleum III The Big O — a statement luminaire that perfectly crowns the refined character of the interior.
